Om projektet<\/h2>\n

En nyproduktion av bost\u00e4der p\u00e5 landsbygden \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r den p\u00e5g\u00e5ende samh\u00e4llsomvandlingen och industrins gr\u00f6na omst\u00e4llning med 1000-tals nya arbetstillf\u00e4llen i omr\u00e5det.<\/p>\n

Genom f\u00f6rstudien vill projektet visa p\u00e5 m\u00f6jligheterna och p\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis underl\u00e4tta uppstarten av nyproduktion av bost\u00e4der p\u00e5 landsbygden. Projektet ska \u00e4ven unders\u00f6ka om tillg\u00e5ngen till kontorsplatser skulle kunna underl\u00e4tta f\u00f6r fler att verka p\u00e5 landsbygden och slippa pendlingen in till t\u00e4torten. Samverkansparter i projektet \u00e4r kommunala representanter samt representanter fr\u00e5n G\u00e4llivare Landsbygdsforum.<\/p>\n

Studien kommer att genomf\u00f6ras i samtliga sex bygder i G\u00e4llivare kommun och resultatet kommer d\u00e4refter att sammanst\u00e4llas i en rapport. Rapporten kommer sedan att anv\u00e4ndas som underlag vid f\u00f6rhandlingar med intresserade byggherrar och f\u00f6rhoppningsvis underl\u00e4tta beslutsprocessen g\u00e4llande nyproduktion.<\/p>\n

Syftet med projektet \u00e4r att visa p\u00e5 m\u00f6jligheterna f\u00f6r nyproduktion av bost\u00e4der p\u00e5 landsbygden, samt ta reda p\u00e5 om fler kontorsplatser hade gjort det l\u00e4ttare f\u00f6r fler att verka p\u00e5 landsbygden.<\/p>\n

M\u00e5let med projektet \u00e4r en f\u00f6rstudierapport som belyser behov och f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r nyproducerade bost\u00e4der och kontorsplatser p\u00e5 landsbygden i G\u00e4llivare kommun.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
