Om projektet<\/h2>\n

Projektet \u00e4r en f\u00f6rstudie som ska utveckla h\u00e5llbara modeller f\u00f6r samverkan kring sk\u00f6tsel och utveckling av gemensamma platser i G\u00e4llivare, s\u00e5som parker, leder, rastplatser och allm\u00e4nnyttiga lokaler. Utg\u00e5ngspunkten \u00e4r ett identifierat behov av b\u00e4ttre samordning mellan kommunen, f\u00f6reningar, f\u00f6retag och privatpersoner kring tillsyn, omv\u00e5rdnad och enklare arbetsinsatser. F\u00f6rstudien ska kartl\u00e4gga akt\u00f6rernas behov, ta fram f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 en samverkansmodell samt utforma ett \u00f6vergripande koncept f\u00f6r en digital plattform som st\u00f6djer kommunikation, arbetsf\u00f6rdelning och engagemang.<\/p>\n

Arbetet genomf\u00f6rs genom mobilisering, intervjuer, workshops, prototyparbete och dokumentation, och ska ge underlag f\u00f6r ett framtida genomf\u00f6randeprojekt med l\u00e5ngsiktigt h\u00e5llbara l\u00f6sningar f\u00f6r platsv\u00e5rd och lokalt deltagande.<\/p>\n

”<\/em>I G\u00e4llivare kommun finns ett stort antal allm\u00e4nna platser som har behov av l\u00f6pande tillsyn och omv\u00e5rdnad. Genom att mobilisera civilsamh\u00e4llet kan dessa jobb bli genomf\u00f6rda av exempelvis f\u00f6reningslivet mot en ers\u00e4ttning som gynnar deras f\u00f6reningsverksamhet, alternativt skulle vissa platser kunna \u201dadopteras\u201d av till exempel f\u00f6retag eller privatpersoner och tas hand om av dessa. Idag saknas det en samverkansmodell och verktyg f\u00f6r att arbeta p\u00e5 detta s\u00e4tt i en st\u00f6rre skala.”<\/em><\/h3>\n
