Business & Association Supporters in Överkalix

About the project

The idea has emerged from meetings between the municipality's business office and local actors in Överkalix over the past two years. The project has been preceded by a feasibility study that resulted in a proposal on how a service office can be designed based on local conditions to meet the target group's needs and become a long-term sustainable function.

The target group consists of local actors, primarily small businesses and associations, who in various ways want to contribute to the development of Överkalix. The project will, together with local and regional actors, develop a new business and association service for the Business Office with a complementary website. The website/the digital platform will, along with the personal support, make it easier for the target group to apply for development funds and submit bids for the municipality's procurements.
